Closet Cloud is committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any exchange or return under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product. Return of any product will be accepted if reported within 72 hours of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

• If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition.
• Incorrect product has been delivered.The product received is incomplete.
• Incorrect size has been provided.

Please note that the product must be inspected in the presence of the delivery person, and any issues must be reported immediately. We will replace the product if it fits all the criteria mentioned above subject to stock availability. However, if we can’t provide the exact product, we will allow an exchange with the other product with the same price range. Additionally, if it doesn’t satisfy the customer in that circumstance, we will refund within 3 to 5 days. This is the only eligibility criteria for refunds.

NON-ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

• Any purchase where a customer has been given a special discount as a favour can’t be returned.
• Any unstitched product purchased from Closet Cloud will not be open for any claims or exchanges if the customer has already got it stitched.
• Closet Cloud will not accept return for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer.
• Closet Cloud is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colours due to washing. Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will not be entertained for exchange or return.
• Items that you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.
• Items those are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange.

Delivery Location & Payment Method

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in all of Bangladesh. We don’t ship outside Bangladesh.

We provide cash on delivery in the Dhaka & Chattogram city areas. For areas outside Dhaka & Chattogram city area advanced payment is needed to complete the purchase.

Delivery Time & Instructions

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to deliver your order within 3-5 days. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

We recommend checking the product while receiving the delivery, preferably in the presence of our delivery agent. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs

Since Closet Cloud operates from four outlets and one warehouse, some orders may be fulfilled from multiple inventory locations.

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once you reach the checkout screen, the applicable shipping charges will be displayed.

Delivery charges when an order is fulfilled from one inventory location are as follows:

BDT 100 for delivery inside Dhaka city (single product)
BDT 130 for delivery inside Chattogram city (single product)
BDT 150 for delivery outside Dhaka & Chattogram city areas (single product)

An additional BDT 30 delivery charge will apply for each subsequent product from the same location.

If an order is fulfilled from multiple inventory locations (an automated system process), the delivery charge will increase according to the same pricing rules mentioned above.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be notified of any such charges at the checkout page.
